A little bit about Whitney's Blog:

My name is Whitney and I moved to Houston at the beginning of this year. I actually started blogging so that I could meet people in Houston! My husband, cat, and I all lived in South Carolina, but when my husband was accepted to graduate school in Houston, we decided we had to move. My blog is about a variety of things, mostly involving food, music, and fashion (and lots of pictures of my cat....). I love getting to interact with other bloggers; I ask for advice about all-things Houston related quite often on Twitter!

This blog has been a way for Houston bloggers to connect with others. Mainly we've used it to find bloggers in the Houston area and organize monthly meetups.

This group has grown from 5 girls to over 100 followers! There are 75 active members that are on our email list and/or have attended a meetup at some point. And it continues to grow! It's amazing how many incredible bloggers are in the Houston area!

With that being said, we want to feature YOU. We want this blog to be more active and be a good place not only to organize meetups, but connect with others in our hometown.
